15CrMo steel plates (a low-alloy heat-resistant steel) are widely used in the power industry for manufacturing high-temperature and high-pressure equipment components, such as boiler water walls, superheater tubes, and steam turbine casings, as they maintain excellent creep resistance and thermal fatigue resistance at temperatures up to 550°C. In the chemical and petrochemical sectors, they are applied to produce high-temperature reaction vessels, hydrogenation furnace shells, and high-pressure pipeline bodies, benefiting from their good high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance to hydrogen-rich and mild acidic industrial media. They also find applications in the oil refining industry (for catalytic cracking unit components) and thermal power plant auxiliary systems (for high-temperature flue gas duct panels), ensuring stable and durable operation in harsh high-temperature industrial scenarios.
